AnigdhaAnigdha takes all the necessary measures to ensure you are satisfied with our services and get the best results. However, in some unforeseen or other circumstances, there are refund and cancellation requirements, and we have some terms & conditions for it. We understand your situation and expect you to understand ours. Our team will cooperate with you in every way possible. However, there are a few things that you must know about our refund and cancellation policy. It will help bring more transparency among us before we start working on your admission process. Moreover, you can be clear with our services agreement and all the conditions about refund and cancellation. We understand your conditions(situations), but before you proceed with our services, it would be in the best interest of both parties to understand the refund and cancellation policy.

Anigdha Refund and Cancellation Policy

As responsible service providers, we recommend you read our refund and cancellation policy thoroughly before using our services. It will help bring more transparency among us before we start working on your admission process. Here are key pointers that you need to check:

  • Our refund & cancellation policy will be effected on the day you receive an email from us or the day you decide to avail of our services.

  • Our refund and cancellation policy will be processed only by mail or written forms and receipts. Cancellation of phone calls will not be entertained.

  • There will be a non-refundable policy for test preparation fees such as IELTS, PTE, etc. Only a few circumstances or emergencies will be considered for adjustment of fee such as medical emergencies, tragedy at home, etc.

  • The registration fee for using our services is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel or discontinue our services or your visa gets rejected in certain circumstances.

  • We have a non-refundable policy for embassy fees. In case your visa is rejected, the embassy fees will not be refunded.

  • Application fee or charges for university application is non-refundable(it is refundable if the university or college cancels the program).

  • Any legalization, apostille fee, or notarization fee during the application or visa process is non-refundable.

  • The fee taken to translate the documents is non-refundable.

  • If any document is legalized through an organization in another country, the charges are non-refundable.

  • The fee cannot be refunded if you have started your program.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to third-party services like courier services that delay visa applications, delay processing time, etc. In these cases, we do not hold the responsibility to provide you with a refund.

  • We do not guarantee visa success, in case your visa is rejected, we do not refund our fee.

  • In case of visa rejection, the university refunds the course as per their terms and conditions and processing time. It will be directly transferred to the student's account in 45 to 60 days as per university refund terms.

  • In case of a refund in some situations, it will be directly transferred to the student's account within 15-30 days.

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for clients who dispute credit or debit card payments (unless there is a rare genuine issue). They will be blacklisted from using our services and we are liable to take action.

  • Clients need to understand that visa and application acceptances are not under our control, so if there are any rejections from their side we are not responsible.

  • We cannot refund the fee that is paid to the embassy for visa, for medical, for the application process, and for assessing bodies.

  • We do not accept cancellations of any kind over phone calls, if you want to discontinue our services, you have to provide a written application.

  • In case of a change in law, the embassy or any authority fees are reduced, and you have paid the full amount as per the previous details. We will refund the reduced prices. In case the fee is hiked, you are supposed to pay even if you have already submitted the previous amount.

Anigdha is liable to change or alter the refund and Cancellation Policy, you are expected to read thoroughly before using our services. Once you use our services, we will assume that you agree to our refund and Cancellation policy. In case of any query, you can consult our team for the same.
